9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
